These fully-cooked sous vide potato gratin rolls offer the familiarity and versatility of potatoes au gratin, in a delightfully distinctive and versatile format. Requiring minimal labor, simply slice to desired thickness and bake the small cakes for a home-made look. Using our unique Immersion Capture process, the potato gratin rolls are slow-cooked in vacuum-sealed bags to perfect doneness allowing them to maintain integrity and flavor consistently while increasing shelf life. Perfect as an elegant side.

Convection Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove the plastic and slice the roll into 1" to 1.5" cakes and place on sheet pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
