Using our unique Immersion Capture process, the potato wedges are slow-cooked in oil or seasoning in vacuum-sealed bags to perfect doneness allowing them to maintain texture and flavor consistently while increasing shelf life. Compared to frozen or dehydrated alternatives, simply refrigerate (never freeze) for unmatched freshness.
