Ready-made and super versatile! These fully-cooked sous vide diced potatoes minimize labor. Incredibly versatile on any menu, they’re quick to heat up and brown in a frying pan for inclusion in breakfast bowls and burritos or baked into a pot pie. Using our unique Immersion Capture process, the diced potatoes are slow-cooked in vacuum-sealed bags to perfect doneness allowing them to maintain integrity and flavor consistently while increasing shelf life. Compared to frozen or dehydrated alternatives, simply refrigerate (never freeze) for unmatched freshness. There’s a choice of sizing too!

Prep instructions
Convection Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F. Empty pouch onto 1/2 size sheet pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Fryer
Preheat to 350°F. Drain potatoes of any excess moisture and place in fryer for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes.
Stovetop
Heat skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter. Drain potatoes of any excess moisture. Once the oil is hot or the butter is melted, add diced potatoes to the skillet. Stirring occasionally for about 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Grill
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a grill-safe pan or onto the foil. If using foil, fold the edges to create a shallow "tray". Place the pan or foil on the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes develop a crispy exterior and a nice grilled flavor.
